Please read these Terms before using the Site. By using perchanceaiimagegenerator.app (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what the Site offers

Perchance AI Image Generator (“we”, “us”, or “our”) runs a free, no-account website for text-to-image generation in the browser.

The Site currently provides:

  • a home page with a multi-model image workspace
  • download of images returned to your browser
  • legal pages (Privacy, Terms, Cookie Policy)
  • optional blog content when published

The Site does not provide:

  • user accounts or logins
  • paid subscriptions or generation credits sold by us
  • a guarantee of uptime for any particular free model host

2. How generation works

The workspace sends prompts and settings from your browser to free public third-party model hosts. We do not operate those GPUs. Models can fail, queue, rate-limit, change, or go offline without notice — how many generations you can complete is limited by those hosts, not by a fixed number we assign. If one model fails or is busy, switch to another and try again.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Site for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful content or activity
  • try to harm minors, harass people, or create non-consensual intimate imagery
  • abuse free model hosts (excessive automated scraping, attacks, or intentional overload)
  • reverse-engineer or disrupt the Site’s infrastructure
  • misrepresent the Site as an official product of any third-party platform or model publisher unless you have their permission

We may block traffic that looks abusive.

5. Outputs and your responsibility

Images you generate may be subject to the terms and filters of the third-party host that produced them. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including local laws about copyright, publicity, and prohibited content.

The Site is offered as-is for personal experimentation. We do not warrant that any model will be available, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Intellectual property

Site branding, layout, and our original text belong to us or our licensors. Model weights and host software belong to their respective owners. Landing sample images used for illustration are compressed previews from public research sources and remain subject to their original authors’ and platforms’ terms.

7. Third-party services

Links or browser connections to third-party hosts are provided for convenience. Their privacy policies and terms apply to their processing. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THIRD-PARTY HOSTS.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The last-modified date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
