Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Perchance AI Image Generator (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use perchanceaiimagegenerator.app (the “Site”).

What this Site is

Perchance AI Image Generator is a free, no-account AI image website. On the home page you can:

  • write text prompts and generate images with several free third-party model hosts
  • download results in your browser

Free public model hosts have limited capacity (queues, rate limits, downtime). How many successful generations you get is determined by those hosts, not by a fixed quota we sell or assign.

There are no user accounts, paid plans, or credit wallets on this Site.

1. Information we collect

A. Information you send us

If you email support@perchanceaiimagegenerator.app, we receive whatever you put in that email (for example your address and message text).

B. Information collected automatically when you browse

When you open pages on the Site, our hosting stack and optional analytics may receive standard technical data, such as:

  • IP address (or related network data)
  • browser type and user-agent
  • pages visited, referrer, and approximate time
  • basic device / locale signals

C. Cookies and similar storage

We and some third parties may use cookies or similar storage. See the Cookie Policy for details. Examples include:

  • preference cookies (for example color scheme)
  • a small guest id (localStorage + cookie) used for basic site operation — not a login
  • analytics cookies / scripts if those tools are enabled in configuration

D. Image generation / third-party model hosts

When you use the home-page workspace, your browser talks directly to free public model hosts (not our own GPUs). Those hosts may process:

  • your prompt and negative prompt
  • generation settings (size, steps, seed, guidance, and similar fields)
  • network data such as IP address and user-agent
  • temporary image files produced by the model

We do not run those hosts’ servers, queues, or retention policies. Host availability, filters, and logs are outside our control. If you do not want third-party processing, do not use the workspace; you can still read the rest of the Site.

E. Images and static files (CDN)

Landing images and other static files may be served from our Cloudflare R2 CDN (for example cdn.perchanceaiimagegenerator.app). Requests for those files can create normal CDN/edge logs.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • run and secure the Site
  • answer support emails
  • understand aggregate traffic (when analytics is on)
  • reduce spam and abuse
  • meet legal requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use private support emails to train public AI models.

3. Analytics and ads (configuration-based)

Depending on deployment settings, the Site may load:

  • Pageview / Plausible-style analytics when a site domain is configured
  • Microsoft Clarity and/or Google Analytics only if their IDs are configured
  • ads only if an ads publisher ID is configured

If an ID is empty, that script is not loaded.

4. Sharing

We may share technical data with infrastructure providers that host the Site (for example Cloudflare Workers, KV, and R2). Third-party model hosts receive generation requests you start in the workspace, as described above. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention

  • Support emails: kept as long as needed to respond and for legitimate records
  • Edge / CDN logs: according to provider defaults
  • Guest id: kept on your device until you clear site data
  • Generated images: not stored as a user library on our servers; temporary files live on third-party hosts under their policies

6. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). Do not use the workspace if you are under the applicable age.

7. International users

The Site may be served from global edge networks. Third-party hosts may process data in other countries.

8. Your choices

  • Clear cookies / localStorage to remove guest id
  • Disable analytics/ads via browser tools when those scripts are present
  • Contact support@perchanceaiimagegenerator.app with privacy questions

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “last modified” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
